my dreaming in 10 years later

Hi all meet again with me Adnan Salim Permana. this time I will tell about my hope that the next ten years a lot of expectation either reached or not, but certainly every human being must have hopes and dreams of each.one of my hopes is to become a teacher who is assigned in the area.
why I chose assignment in the area?
because not many people want is assigned in the hinterland. even if the there may only last three to four years, and it seriously affected the learning process at the school. especially if the school until a teacher shortage would impact on the feel is the quality of the students who become less accepting learning conveyed. due to lack of teaching personnel who are competent in their fields, so that the school becomes difficult to compete with other schools. the concern that I became inspired to teach in the area.I think if everyone has thought became guruyang assigned in the area and then move to the cities means that those people are dereliction of duty as a teacher to teach not only the case but also to be ready to go anywhere. many teachers who move to the city for various reasons, so that the victim is a child pupils they left behind.
